Types of Massage Offered

Massage Therapy

Each session is individually customized to meet your specific needs and goals. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, Zen Shiatsu, reflexology, and pain management techniques, among others.

At the beginning of each appointment, we will discuss your preferences, concerns, and areas of focus to ensure the session is thoughtfully tailored to provide the most effective and appropriate care for you.

Craniosacral Fascial Therapy

Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT), developed by Dr. Barry Gillespie, is based on the principle that the craniosacral and fascial systems are not separate systems, but rather one continuous, interconnected system within the body.

This approach integrates two well-established modalities—Dr. William Sutherland’s Craniosacral Therapy and John F. Barnes’ Myofascial Release—along with specialized dental techniques informed by Dr. Gillespie’s clinical experience as a periodontist.

Pregnancy Massage

Prenatal massage is typically performed in a side-lying position with the use of pillows and bolsters to ensure proper support, alignment, and comfort throughout the session.

Prenatal massage can be beneficial in supporting the body through the many physical and physiological changes that occur during pregnancy.

Each session is individually tailored to your specific needs, preferences, and stage of pregnancy to provide a safe, comfortable, and supportive experience.
